General conditions for the creation and use of the Lab’s NFT

Introduction

For the purpose of its new capsule collection on the « Web 3 » theme, the LVMH Lab wants to offer to its visitors to redeem a personalized « non fungible token » (NFT). The goal of this "web3" capsule collection is to acculturate visitors to web 3 philosophy, Web3 wallet creation and usages of NFTs.

These NFTs will have an only pedagogical purpose and cannot be associated with any extra value or other uses than described in this document.

This NFT will be considered as a “Proof of Attendance” for any Lab’s visits.

Principles of each NFTs

The NFT design is built around the « innovation ring » (LVMH Innovation charter). Each visitor can personalize via the "NFT Generator website" the color (according to the LVMH graphical charter), the shape and the orientation of the ring. The visitor will also have to indicate his initials which will be added to the NFT next to the date of the creation of the NFT. Each NFT will be then transferred to the visitor’s wallet.

Collection

Once minted (encrypted on the blockchain), each NFT will be automatically visible on the « collection » associated to the smart-contract used for generating the NFTs. The entire collection is visible on the website OpenSea : https://opensea.io/collection/thelabnft (to modify when created)
The collection could be also hide on OpenSea.

Rights associated to the token

The tokens could be acquired once the personalization completed by the visitor. In order to limit the sale or resale of the NFT, the smart-contract is created in order that all of the revenue (royalties) of a potential sale will return automatically to the Token Creator (the LVMH Lab).

This commission is deposit at any transaction of the Token (NFT). This commission is made of a 100% deposit of the amount of the transaction, automatically deposit on the wallet associated with the smart-contract which have generated the token.

Rights associated with the image

The acquisition and ownership of the token (NFT) give no exploitation rights or intellectual property rights on the image (part or entire design of the NFT). The use of the picture could be only and strictly personal. No alteration or modification of the image is allowed.

Rights associated with the visit

The ownership of a token give no exploitation rights or intellectual property rights on the textual, audio or video content associated with the visit (even mentioned on the metadata of the token).
